We keep our options flexible so you can create something that suits the wedding rather than paying for things you do not need. What is included with wedding photo booth hire?
Our wedding experiences include delivery, professional setup, an attendant throughout the hire period and everything needed to keep the experience running smoothly. Depending on your chosen setup, this can also include instant prints, bespoke print design, a backdrop and access to your digital images after the wedding.
When is the best time to have a photo booth at a wedding?
The evening reception is usually the perfect time. Opening the booth after dinner or around the start of the evening celebrations gives guests another experience to enjoy as the day moves into the party. We can work with your wedding timeline and venue to choose a time that fits naturally.
How far in advance should we book our wedding photo booth?
We have couples who book anything from two years in advance to just a couple of months before the wedding. Popular dates can fill quickly, so once your venue and date are confirmed, it is worth getting in touch early.
Bookings made within three weeks of the event are subject to an additional 20% short-notice fee to allow for the extra planning, preparation and production required.
How much space does a wedding photo booth need?
We usually require a minimum space of around 3m x 3m for the full setup. This gives enough room for the booth, backdrop and guests to move comfortably through the experience. If your venue has tighter space, send us the details and we can advise on the best layout.

Absolutely. From the backdrop and print design to the style of the photography itself, the experience can be tailored to complement the look of your wedding. You can keep things clean and understated, choose the black-and-white Glam Booth look or introduce more bespoke details through our enhancement options.
