How much space does a prom photo booth need?
We usually require around 3m x 3m for a full setup, although the exact footprint depends on the booth, backdrop and lighting selected. We confirm the space and access requirements before the event.
How many students can use the booth?
The open setup works well for individuals, pairs and groups. We recommend an operating plan around the number of students and the event schedule so queues remain manageable.
Can the prints be personalised for the school?
Yes. Where a print package is selected, the artwork can include the school name, prom date, leavers year and agreed event styling.
Do you provide an attendant?
An experienced attendant can manage the booth throughout the agreed operating time, guide students through the experience and keep the setup running smoothly.
Can students receive their images digitally?
Digital sharing or gallery delivery can be included depending on the selected experience and venue connectivity. The final delivery method is agreed before the event.
How far in advance should we book?
Prom dates often fall within a short seasonal window, so we recommend enquiring once your date and venue are confirmed. Earlier booking gives you more choice of experience and styling options.
